If you see Paid status its mean your account is credited in your account. Approved status means that payment is sanctioned and ready to paid. Rejected status means that your bill is not approved due to any mistake or wrong information. Pending status clear that your bill is received by AGPR but no one has reviewed the bill. Pending bill can be approved or rejected after expert review. In Progress mean that your bill is not received by AGPR and still under process in the relevant department.
